The University of International Business (UIB) was founded in 1992. UIB is an obvious leader in its segment that takes an honorable place among leading higher educational institutions in a general rating of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  

Today UIB is a university that has extensive experience in training highly qualified specialists with higher education who are capable of doing business and being leaders in various spheres of economy. UIB is a recognized university with a continuous education cycle that includes the following programs: the Foundation, Bachelor’s degree program, Master’s degree program, PhD program, and it also provides business education through МВА and DBA programs.

The University of International Business was attested by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and accredited as a scientific organization for participation in scientific and scientific-technological activities. UIB was accredited by the Independent Kazakhstan Quality Assurance Agency for Education (IQAA), Austrian Quality Agency (AQA) for educational program “Finance and Economics”.

UIB signed memorandums with partner universities for the development of international cooperation on academic mobility of students and teachers and dual degree educational programs. Among the university partners are as follows: the Information Systems Management Institute (ISMA) (Latvia, Riga), Jan Amos Komensky University (UJAK) (Czech Republic, Prague), East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL) (China, Shanghai), Moscow International Higher Business School (MIRBIS) (Russia, Moscow).

UIB graduates are highly professional specialists possessing solid fundamental knowledge and displaying an innovative approach, research skills, ability to do business and be leaders in various sectors of economy. Every year 95-98% of UIB graduates succeed in obtaining employment.
