The NNEF Public Foundation was founded at the initiative of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 15th of December, 1998. 

During the period of the NNEF Public Foundation’s activity, an educational cluster was created that includes:  

• three innovative Miras kindergartens in Astana, Almaty and Atyrau;
• two international Miras schools in Astana and Almaty; International School of Almaty, Arystan Specialized Lyceum;  
• Alliance of Universities of Science and Technology: the International University of Information Technology (IITU), Astana IT University (AITU), Kazakh-British Technical University (KBTU), Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeyev (AUPET), Kenzhegali Sagadiyev University of International Business (UIB);
• Social project: SOS Children's Villages Kazakhstan.

NNEF is a unique ecosystem of continuous education for children from 2 years old to the silver age
